Led by Mary Butlin, Tonica offered Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and insight consultancy to clients in the cultural, charity and commercial sectors. We were a CRM consultancy from 2010 to 2022 and specialised in salesforce consultancy from 2015 – 2022.  Mary now has a full time role in the Salesforce ecosystem and is not able to offer consultancy any longer.  We’re keeping our blog alive to help other Salesforce users.
